Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Please contact me 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for an 80% refund. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, I keep your fee, and you’ll need to reschedule. Re-bookings of this nature are treated as new sessions, and you are required to pay in full again. Thank you for respecting my policies and my time.
